OtegrityHR (“OtegrityHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses SMS text messaging to communicate with clients and to support internal business operations. This Policy explains what information we collect through our text messaging program, how we use it, who it is shared with, and how you can control the messages you receive. This Policy applies to all text messages sent or received through our business texting number(s), including client communications, one-time passcodes and multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes, and internal staff communications.

When you communicate with us by text message, or when we use text messaging as part of our internal operations, we may collect:

5. Opt-In and Opt-Out
By providing your mobile number and communicating with us by text, you consent to receive text messages from OtegrityHR for the purposes described in this Policy. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact us using the information in Section 8.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption, access controls, and secure storage — to protect information collected through text messaging. Access to this information is limited to authorized personnel.
7. Data Retention
We retain text message records and related information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, regulatory, security, and business record-keeping requirements.
